You might consider adding an electric milk frother to your list of keto tools! Tracking Your Food and Mood
This one is super important. It should be first on this list because of how important it is to track your food and your mood. You can do this with an inexpensive notepad or you can purchase a Keto Inspirational Diet Journal that lays it all out for you. Journaling your journey is not just for this short Beef and Butter Fast™ Challenge. I highly suggest you journal your whole keto diet journey while you are losing weight. It’s important for a few reasons. First, you won’t realize what is causing your body stress until you write it down and review past entries. I found out that I have a dairy sensitivity and if I have too much dairy it causes a weight loss stall. I was able to catch this trend when I saw my food and watched the scale over time. It also shows when you track your feelings too. It’s extremely eye-opening when you write it all down. You will be amazed!
