Chili Beef and Butter Fast Recipe Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon thyme
3 teaspoons of butter
Chili Beef and Butter Fast Recipe Instructions
1. Fry up your ground beef until fully cooked.
2. Drain your beef if you prefer and add 3 teaspoons of butter.
3. Mix in your chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, onion powder and thyme with 1/4 cup of water.
4. Divide your beef in half and reheat each bowl with 3 more teaspoons of butter.

How good is this and how often can you do this? How Manu days ? Can u do this once a week?
You can do this as often as you would like. I have friends that are full on carnivore eaters with no problems what so ever. I only do it once a month or so because I get bored with very little variety.
Hi,can u use EV olive oil instead of butter?if yes,is it the same amount?like 1tsp oil for 1 tsp butter?can I cook ground beef like burger patty and can I add some lettuces or green leaf veggies or no?thank you so so much!
You can add a healthy fat such as olive oil. I would hold off on the lettuces or green leaf veggies during this fast though. We want this to be super low carb. Even though those are very healthy choices, we want to see how you do on a very low carb strict plan for 4 days.
How about an Asian version? With garlic, onion, ginger and a little tamari sauce.

Starting this today. Hope to last the 5 days. I have 4 pounds to finally get to ONEderland. I have been in the 200’s for over 13 years. Time to get this off once and for all! I like the spices in this chili beef so I am going to start with this one first.
