1. Fry up your ground beef with 3 teaspoons of butter until fully cooked.
2. Drain your beef.
3. Mix in your dried parsley, dried dill, onion flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper with 1/4 cup of water.
4. Divide your beef in half and reheat each bowl with 3 more tablespoons of butter.

Yes, spices have carbs so use sparingly.
yup 15gm. I change the recipe to only incorporate parsley dill weed and salt and pepper and according to that my male only contained 2 carbs for the whole dish
